On My Mind
- 100% vegan may not be right for me
- my 2013 goals are almost finalized
- I?ve finally found the perfect combination of what to wear for winter running?not overdressing, staying warm, without bulk
- Note to self: cold wind affects breathing (and asthma)
- for the first time in over a year I listened to music during a run
- snow and cold are fine but I won?t run when the roads are icy
- I decided to try Bob Harper?s Inside Out Method series for strength and cross training
- finding a healthy balance and staying on track on the 24th and 25th is tough
- I enjoyed a holiday treat or 2 but I?m not sure I can say I don?t regret it
- my family thought I was crazy when I started form drills in the entryway of our house (my dad?s exact words were ?she?s lost her mind?! haha!)
Through the Lens
I think I have winter running figured out. Running makes me happy
Continuing my transition to natural running and loving it!
A little snow isn?t going to stop me.
Icicles everywhere.
Rethinking my nutrition.
Seriously good coffee. Now to decide if I should keep my Keurig at home or take it to my office?
Replacing Tony Horton with Bob Harper. I?m so excited about starting a new strength and cross training program.
More form drills in the house.
